How do I return an item? | |
Please email your Account Manager with images of the damage, the items numbers, the order number which the item came from and if you want to replace, refund or get a Credit Memo for the item(s). If you were not assigned an account manager please email [email protected] with RETURN REQUESTED in the subject line. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns. Also, please feel free to call directly to be helped by anyone here at the office. 973-767-0880 Policy: 30 days. If shipper or RPL Supplies is at fault we will handle all shipping costs. |
