How do I return an item?
Please email your Account Manager with images of the damage, the items numbers, the order number which the item came from and if you want to replace, refund or get a Credit Memo for the item(s). If you were not assigned an account manager please email email@example.com with RETURN REQUESTED in the subject line. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns. Also, please feel free to call directly to be helped by anyone here at the office. 973-767-0880
Policy: 30 days. If shipper or RPL Supplies is at fault we will handle all shipping costs.
