RPL is dedicated to making your purchase experience as convenient and pleasant as possible.

Payment Terms and Conditions
RPL will only accept bank checks, certified checks or checks written from a business account. Any returned checks will result in a $30.00 service fee.
We do accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. A bank wire is also an acceptable method of payment.
All equipment purchases are shipped with the understanding that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
RPL has the right to refuse any return or charge a 15% restocking fee. Any on-defective merchandise that is returned with a proper RMA will automatically result in a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise that is defective will be authorized for a return with no restocking fee after approval from a manager.
Merchandise WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for return after 30 days.
ANY AND ALL ORDERS THAT ARE RETURNED TO RPL WITHOUT A PROPER RMA # WILL BE REFUSED.
